Input
The first step in the EPC assessment workflow involves gathering information about the property to be assessed. This may include details such as the size and type of the property, its age, construction materials used, and heating and ventilation systems installed. Our assessors may also require access to energy bills and other relevant documentation
Processing
During this step, our assessors will carry out a detailed inspection of the property, using the latest technology and techniques to collect data and assess the property’s energy efficiency. This may include taking measurements of insulation, checking the efficiency of heating and ventilation systems, and evaluating the property’s overall energy consumption.
Output
The final step in the workflow is to deliver the EPC report to the client. Our assessors will review the report to ensure that it is accurate and complete before delivering it to the client. The client can then use the report to make informed decisions about how to improve the property’s energy efficiency, reduce their carbon footprint, and comply with relevant regulations.
